These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and travel services provided by Ratrani Cab Services ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking request, you accept these terms.

A booking submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after our team verifies the availability of the vehicle and agrees the fare with you. We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp using the mobile number you provide — please make sure it is correct.

The final fare is confirmed by our team before your trip and depends on trip type, distance, vehicle category and waiting time, where applicable. Fares are payable as agreed with our team at the time of booking confirmation. Any toll, parking or permit charges that apply to your route are communicated to you before travel or at the point they are incurred.

You may cancel a booking by calling us at +91 96151 53615. Cancellation terms (if any) are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. While we plan pickups to arrive on time, travel times can be affected by traffic, weather or other events beyond our control; in such cases we will inform you promptly and keep communication open.

• Be available at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time.
• Carry a valid government-issued ID for travel where required.
• Treat the driver and the vehicle with respect; damage caused to the vehicle may be charged.
• Do not carry prohibited, illegal or dangerous items in the cab.
• Follow all applicable laws during the journey, including seat-belt rules.

We provide the vehicle category you selected, subject to availability. If the exact category is unavailable, we will offer you a comparable alternative. Routes may be adjusted for safety, traffic or legal reasons.

We are responsible for providing the service you booked with reasonable care. Our liability for any claim connected with a booking is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip, except where local law requires otherwise. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
